Junior forward Salena Betts and sophomore running back Lawrence Moore have been named the Jet's Pizza Arc Athletes of the week for the week of September 21, following their performances on the field last week.

Betts, who is in her first season with the Lady Arcs, recorded back-to-back hat tricks in wins over VASJ and Akron Ellet (1 assists).  She now stands at six hat tricks on the year, just one shy of tying her sister Marissa Betts' (class of 2024) record at Brush.  For the season she has scored a team-high 20 goals and assisted on four others for the 6-2 Lady Arcs.

Sophomore running back Lawrence Moore had a career night in the Arcs 33-0 victory over Richmond Heights last Friday.  He rushed for a career-high 105 yards on 18 carries and scored on touchdown runs of 8, 1 and 2 yards.  Moore is averaging nearly five yards per carry this season and has scored five of the Arcs 13 touchdowns through the first four games.
