Brush alum Antwone Woolfolk (c/o 2022), is currently playing a key role as a senior forward for the Miami University (Ohio) RedHawks men's basketball team. A former Rutgers transfer, the 6-foot-9 Woolfolk has been a consistent presence in Miami's rotation, known for his efficiency around the rim, defensive versatility, and ability to stretch his game. This season he's averaging 10 points, five rebounds and a team best 1.6 steals per game, fueling one of the best campaigns in school history — Miami is undefeated and ranked in the AP Top 25, marking one of the highest national profiles the program has seen in decades.

Brush boys basketball head coach Chet Mason is also a graduate of Miami University.
