The Brush Arcs boys basketball program has announced its 2025-26 schedule — a challenging 22-game slate that includes 11 home games, four true road contests, and seven showcase appearances across Northeast Ohio and beyond.
Highlighting the home portion of the schedule is the
Chet Mason Invitational on January 25, where the Arcs will host a marquee matchup against Warrensville Heights. In total, Brush will face five teams that captured district championships last season, including regional champion and Division IV state runner-up Glenville on January 10 at Cleveland Heights.
Brush returns a talented core led by three starters in junior
Khalil Dudley and seniors
Prince Ryleigh-Johnson and
Jay Gilchrist, however the balance of the Arcs roster has limited varsity experience. Dudley, the team's leading returning scorer, averaged 8.8 points per game and was the Arcs top threat from beyond the arc. Ryleigh-Johnson added 8.9 points and 5.4 rebounds per game, providing a versatile inside-out presence, while Gilchrist returns as the team's steady floor general with his all-around game.
"With the lack of overall varsity experience that we have returning, we wanted to put together a challenging schedule this year to help prepare us for the tournament in March" added Mason who's entering his 11
th season at the helm. "Every year we have players that go on to play at the college level and these showcases are important because they allow our kids to play in front of college coaches and gain that exposure."
The Arcs will once again test themselves against one of the toughest schedules in the area as they look to make a post season run in search of their first district title under Mason.
