PERFORMANCE & WELLNESS SPECIALIST

The Board of Education of South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools has named Cory Morrow as the district’s new performance and wellness specialist.  In his new role, Morrow will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and direction of all strength, conditioning and fitness programs for the student-athletes and staff members in SEL.

Morrow comes to SEL after having spent the past five years at SPIRE Institute in Geneva.  There he served as the performance coach/facility manager, helping to train national, international, and Olympic caliber athletes.  In addition, Morrow also provided wellness and nutrition assessments for clients.

Additionally, Morrow also spent two seasons as a strength & conditioning assistant and assistant football coach at Perry High School.  There he assisted with the performance assessments and coordination of fitness and therapy sessions for all teams, while also working with the defensive backs in his role as an assistant football coach.

Morrow is a 2017 graduate of the University of Akron where he was a member of the Zips football team.
