Boys Cross Country 5th at WRC

The boys cross country team placed 5th at the WRC cross country championships held on October 12th at Kenston. The top finisher for Brush was Delbert Longino who placed 13th overall earning him 2nd team All-Conference honors. His time of 17:10 ties him for 5th best all-time for Brush Boys Cross Country. Brush Boys Cross Country places 3rd

The Brush Boys Cross Country Team placed 3rd at the recent Patriot Invitational in Parma.  Tyrie Liddell was the top finisher for the Arcs finishing in 10th place.  Jordan Raynor (11th place), Jeff Raynor (14th place),  Delbert Longino (24th place), and Luca Gray (32nd place) also had strong finishes for the Arcs.

Boys Soccer wins at Chardon

Mandaw Seck scored the game winning goal in the second half to lead the Brush Boys soccer team to a 2 to 1 win over Chardon. Moni Sanjel had the other goal for the Arcs, while Ken Seddon had 7 saves.  The win gave Coach Dimatteo 100 for his career. Congratulations Coach D and the

Brush Volleyball 2nd place at Maple

The Brush High School Volleyball team placed 2nd at the Maple Heights Volleyball Invitational. Brush defeated Garfield Heights and Streetsboro before falling to host Maple Heights 2-1 in the final.

Kennedy Kemp-News Herald Player of the Week

Kennedy, a Brush Girls Soccer senior captain had a big week in two Brush Arc  wins.  Brush defeated Akron North 4-0 and Akron Firestone 5-1.  Kennedy had a hat trick in the win versus Akron North and two big assists to put the game away against Akron Firestone.
