Ryan Dugan, CSCS
Dugan previously served as Defensive Backs coach and Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Lake Erie College, he also recently was a graduate assistant the University of Toledo during the 2014 season.
While at Lake Erie College he developed in and out of season training programs, while designing programs that strength, speed, and conditioning to improve overall performance. He also served as the defensive backs coach.
He is a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also certified in Active Isolated Stretching.
Dugan said, “I am incredibly excited for this opportunity and look forward to getting to know our staff and students and doing my best to support health and wellness goals within the district.”
He added, “My goal is to create a culture that will raise awareness and encourage healthy lifestyle choices with our students and staff.”
Dugan is a graduate of Mentor High School, where he was a three-year letterman and senior captain under Steve Trivisonno. He was a member of the 2006 State Runner-up team and played in the Ohio North-South All-Star game.
He then continued his playing career at Baldwin-Wallace College, he was a four-year letterwinner and two-time captain. He received his bachelor degree in Exercise Science.
He also received his Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College in 2014.
